Adventure Club Terms and conditions

Payment terms: Full payment is required at least two weeks in advance; payments can be made by debti and credit card, cheques or cash.

Cancellation and refund: Cancellation at 7 days notice or more: refund 50%. In the unlikely event of cancellation by the Harrogate Paintball Centre: cancelled day(s) refunded.  PLEASE BE AWARE that as an outdoor activity centre we are subject to prevailing weather conditions.

Insurance forms: all participants must complete one of our insurance forms, which MUST be signed by a parent or guardian. Participants will not be allowed to take part in activities unless one of these forms has been completed and signed. Forms are available on the day for completion PROVIDED a parent or guardian is present to sign the form. Insurance forms will be emailed to you at the time of booking it is recommended that to save time these are completed in advance and brought on the first day your child participates.

Medical/health: Harrogate Paintball Centre needs to be aware in advance of any participant’s medical conditions/requirements. If in doubt please complete the medical questionnaire emailed to you at the time of booking.

Dietary requirements: please make Harrogate Paintball Centre aware advance of any special dietary requirements when booking.

Behaviours:  Harrogate Paintball Centre will not tolerate abusive or aggressive behaviours, verbal or physical, and reserves the right to exclude participants from activities and to require their prompt collection. No refunds will be made in these circumstances.

Safety: Harrogate Paintball Centre operates a strict safety policy .Outdoor activities can be dangerous. Participants MUST OBEY the instructions of staff at all times. Anyone in the opinion of Harrogate Paintball Centre and its staff who is endangering their own safety or that of others will be excluded from the activities and may be asked to leave. In the event of a participant being required to leave, parents/guardians need to be aware that Harrogate Paintball Centre will require the offenders to be promptly collected.  No refunds will be made in these circumstances.

Other participants: Parents/guardians are welcome to take part in the Adventure Club with their children.
